1. any content or data transmitted or received by the User
2. The User's violation of Zanaco Ts & Cs or any applicable Law
3. The User's infringement of any intellectual Property or other rights of Zanaco or any Third Party
4. Any dispute arising from the User's application to open an account with Zanaco using the Zanaco Account Opening portal
5. Any misrepresentation of information provided by the User
