The User Agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zambia National Commercial Bank PLC, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with the Users use of the Zanaco Account Opening Portal including:
1. any content or data transmitted or received by the User
2. The User's violation of Zanaco Ts & Cs or any applicable Law
3. The User's infringement of any intellectual Property or other rights of Zanaco or any Third Party
4. Any dispute arising from the User's application to open an account with Zanaco using the Zanaco Account Opening portal
5. Any misrepresentation of information provided by the User
